Reserving your trip:
Reservations can be made by phone or email as per Bookings information on this site.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of total cost is required to confirm your booking. Your booking will be confirmed by email upon receipt of your deposit.
Payment & cancellation policy:
Prices are per person in Euro. Payment can be made by direct money transfer to our account or by Credit card or by paypal . A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to reserve your place. Balance is on departure. Failure to pay by the departure date could result in cancellation of your place. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your payments.

> Cancellations more than 60 days prior to tour date- full return of deposit
>From 59-30 days- 50% of the deposit
>Less than 30 days- No refund return
Itinerary changes and flexibility:
You may transfer tours without penalty, given space and availability.
Included in our tour price:
- Accommodation as per description in itinerary
- All kayak and camping equipment, snorkeling gear
- Guide and kayak instruction
- Luggage storage at base
Not included:
- Transportation to/from Lefkada Island
- Transfers to /from airport to our base in Vasilki Lefkada
- Meals including Restaurant meals, soft drinks & alcoholic beverages
- Deviations from announced itinerary and independent excursions
- Personal expenses such as phone, fax, email
- Gratuities
Limitations of liability:
'Ionian Explorers' is not responsible for physical injury, illness or personal property damage or loss incurred by tour participants. Odyssey kayaking Greece is not liable for expenses not specified as included in the trip cost. Odyssey Kayaking Greece reserves the right to make itinerary modifications due to weather or rough seas, to improve trip quality, or to accommodate the well-being and comfort of participants.
We do not provide accident insurance for the kayaking tours, so you must organise your own accident cover and travel insurance in your own country.
